Lewis Hamilton is looking to build on Mercedes’ strong start to the season at the Chinese Grand Prix this weekend. The 2008 world champion bounced back from having to withdraw from the season-opening Australian Grand Prix, which was won by team-mate Nico Rosberg, to claim successive victories in Malaysia and Bahrain. Hamilton, 8/15 with bet365 to claim the drivers’ championship outright this year and 8/11 to win Sunday’s Chinese GP, can’t wait for the action to get underway in Shanghai. He said: “It’s been good to have a bit of a break after such a long stint away but I’m already looking forward to getting back in the car. “Everyone at the team is focused on getting the maximum from these early races and continuing to build beyond the strong start we’ve made to the season.”
